Healthcare & Medical Research
Faster, more secure
"At Baylor College of Medicine, we needed a hosting partner that not only understood the technical complexity of Blackbaud CRM but also the operational stakes involved in fundraising for a world-class medical institution.
Concourse brought deep domain expertise, transparent collaboration, and an incredibly smooth migration experience. We now have a faster, more secure platform that sets us up for long-term success."
Great Customer Service
Nonprofit Organizations
A Trusted Partner
"Concourse is not only our hosting vendor but also our Blackbaud CRM partner. Their support team is top-notch, and all the folks at Concourse go above and beyond with customer service. They help us with a number of back-end efficiencies to make our CRM run better.
For us, you're a trusted partner. It's not, you're a vendor, you're a partner. We couldn't do it without you hand in hand. Really, we couldn't survive day-to-day operations without people at Concourse helping us along the way. I don't think we could afford that internally, and maintain it internally. It's easier to farm that out and go with a company that has the expertise and bandwidth already."
Seamless, Efficient Cutover
"I wanted to extend our deepest gratitude for your outstanding work on the environment rebuild project. Your expertise, dedication, and partnership have been invaluable to me and my team. Thanks to our collective efforts, we successfully implemented this critical project!
Your partnership and support were instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient cutover. We are truly grateful to have Concourse as a partner."

Technical Guidance and Solutions
"Concourse delivers solutions that are secure, timely, and efficient. They continuously provide technical guidance, support, and solutions to our network issues. Glen, and the entire team, always go above and beyond to help us find efficient solutions to our technical roadblocks.
I have worked with other hosting services in the past, but I have never experienced such great customer support as I have with the Concourse team."
