      BBIS hosting is available to current self-hosted BBCRM customers with perpetual licenses. This includes organizations hosting BBCRM on-premises or those moving from another private cloud provider. Blackbaud no longer sells perpetual licenses, so this service is exclusively for existing license holders. However, our BBIS optimization and consulting services may be available to a broader range of BBCRM customers.

      What's the difference between hosting and optimization services?

      Hosting involves moving your BBIS infrastructure to our managed private cloud environment, providing dedicated security, compliance, and performance benefits. Optimization services include technical maintenance, design updates, security patches, and conversion rate improvements. This work can often be performed regardless of where your BBIS is hosted.
